Early Childhood Intervention

Getting people onboard with their therapy intervention because they want to, not have to, is the art and skill of coaching. Using a Coach Approach is how we create the partnerships that leave people feeling confident and competent to support their child’s development.

The best practice coaching skills you will learn to use with your clients, are the very same skills you can apply to teaming. We walk our talk by practising a Coach Approach in the way we work together as a team in supervision, case conference and staff meetings. When everyone engages with a coaching mindset and using a coach approach, a way of working exists that is more efficient, more satisfying and that creates a culture of learning and growing together.

I work with practitioners to learn and apply more broadly, a customised Coach Approach program. I conduct this work through my Flagship Foundation Coach Approach training, individual coaching and small group or whole team training and coaching.
